This policy explains what information Gridpeel collects, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We've tried to keep it short and plain.

Gridpeel is an early-stage product currently in pre-launch, built and operated by Lakshay Bansal, an individual based in India. References to "we," "us," and "Gridpeel" in this document refer to that operation.

What we collect

Right now, Gridpeel collects only what you give us directly through the forms on this website:

• Your email address — when you join the waitlist or send us a message through the contact form.
• Your name and message — only if you fill those fields in on the contact form. These are optional.

We do not collect any other personal information at this time. We do not use cookies. We do not track your browsing on this site.

How we use what you give us

If you join the waitlist, we use your email to:

• Send you access details and instructions when Gridpeel launches.
• Update you on our progress between now and launch.
• Occasionally share product education — tips, use cases, or new features that we think will be useful to you.
• Send occasional marketing communication about Gridpeel itself.

If you use the contact form, we use your email and message to reply to your question or request.

All emails come directly from us. We do not pass your email to third-party marketers, advertisers, or affiliate networks. The only people emailing you about Gridpeel will be us.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets, which we use as a simple database during this early-stage phase. The sheets are private and accessible only to us. As Gridpeel grows, we may move this data to a dedicated email or CRM system — if we do, we'll continue to follow the principles in this policy.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email and any submitted information until you ask us to remove it, or until we decide we no longer need it (for example, if Gridpeel is discontinued).

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we have about you.
• Correct it if it's wrong.
• Delete it entirely.
• Stop receiving emails from us.

To do any of these, email us at lakshay.dezin@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.

Analytics

We do not currently use any analytics tools on this website. If we add analytics in the future (for example, to understand which features people are interested in), we will update this policy to clearly state what tool we use and what it tracks.

Children

Gridpeel is a tool for designers and other professionals. It is not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as Gridpeel evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent change. For significant changes, we'll do our best to notify you by email.

Jurisdiction
